At this conversion-rate-optimization agency, I lead end-to-end website and app redesigns for some of the largest brands in North America (e.g. John Deere, Seasons Retirement Homes, etc) that turn data into lift: deep heat-map and session-recording analysis, dozens of A/B tests, and weekly stakeholder reviews. My toolkit spans Figma component systems, quantitative dashboards, and qualitative interviews, letting me spot blockers fast and prototype fixes even faster.

Insurify (Antler '23)
Tasked with helping employees unlock unused health benefits, I designed a responsive web app grounded in persona research, accessibility audits, and cross-disciplinary workshops with insurers and clinicians. The result: a workflow that surfaces coverage in plain language and nudges action, proving how regulatory constraints and UX empathy can coexist when design owns the details.

As the sole designer on a weight-loss habit app, I ran 50+ user interviews, mapped relapse triggers, and gamified milestones with 30 original illustrations - driving stickiness through social accountability and visual reward. I owned everything from low-fi journey maps to high-fi prototypes in an agile pod, sharpening my ability to translate raw behaviour into features users come back for.
